COMMISSIONS TOS

1. General Terms
1.1 The artist reserves the right to decline any commission.1.2 Artwork is for personal use only, unless stated otherwise. (9.1)
2. Payment Terms
2.1 Payments are accepted via PayPal in USD.2.2 Prices vary depending on complexity, size, and usage.(9.1)2.3 Payment is required before sketch phase.
3. Process and Revisions
3.1 Updates are provided at key stages (Sketch to Final).3.2 Additional steps can be discussed when ordering.3.3 Clients may request unlimited minor edits and up to 10 major changes during the sketch phase.3.4 After the sketch, major changes cost $5 each.3.5 No edits will be accepted after final approval.
4. Delivery and Deadlines
4.1 Turnaround time is discussed upon order confirmation.4.2 Final artwork is delivered in PNG format.4.3 Clients will be notified of any unexpected delays.
5. Copyright and Usage
5.1 The artist retains all rights to the artwork, including use for portfolio and promotion.5.2 Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use the artwork commercially without written permission and an additional fee (9.1).5.3 Clients may not alter or claim the artwork as their own.
6. Cancellation and Refunds
6.1 Full refunds are available if work has not yet started.6.2 Partial refunds are available based on the stage of completion:

6.3 Progress can be checked via order page or by asking the artist.6.4 No refunds after final delivery.
7. Communication
7.1 Communication takes place via private messages or comment sections.7.2 If the client is inactive for more than 24 days, the commission may be canceled without refund.
8. Disclaimers and Liabilities
8.1 The artist is not responsible for how the artwork is used after delivery.8.2 The artist will not recreate or copy other artists’ works without proof of permission.
9. Commercial Use
9.1 Commercial usage is subject to an additional fee, added to the base price.
9.2 Price tiers for commercial use:

10. Agreement
